NewBiz Corporate Services ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through https://newbiz.my, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
What we collect
Data you give us directly:
- Name, phone number and email address when you contact us
- Company name and business details for SSM name searches
- Director IC numbers and addresses when you appoint us to incorporate a company
- Financial and tax records when you use our accounting services
Technical data we collect automatically:
- IP address, browser and device type
- Pages visited and time spent
- Referral source, including any advertisement you clicked
Why we collect it
- To deliver services — filing documents with SSM, LHDN, EPF and SOCSO on your behalf
- To communicate — answering enquiries and reminding you of statutory deadlines
- Legal obligation — the Companies Act 2016 and Income Tax Act 1967 require us to keep certain records
- To improve the site — understanding which pages are useful to visitors
Cookies and tracking
This site uses third-party tools to understand where visitors come from and which pages work. These tools set cookies on your device:
- Google Analytics — anonymous visit statistics
- Meta Pixel — measuring Facebook and Instagram ad performance
- TikTok Pixel — measuring TikTok ad performance
You can block cookies through your browser settings. The site works fully without tracking cookies.
Who sees your data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Relevant government authorities — SSM, LHDN, EPF, SOCSO — solely to file on your behalf
- Service providers who help us operate, such as our web host and payment gateway
- Law enforcement, where required by law
How long we keep it
Business and accounting records are kept for seven years, as required by the Income Tax Act 1967. Statutory company records are kept for as long as we act as your secretary, plus seven years afterwards. Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after two years.
Your rights under the PDPA
- Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications
- Request deletion, subject to the statutory retention periods above

Security
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored on servers with restricted access. That said, no online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
